At first the pitch to Americans was that we needed a Health Care Bill to cover the 40 plus people who did not have health insurance, but the Bill that Queen Pelosi introduced on the steps of the House of Representatives leaves out 29 million Americans despite the fact that the taxes begin as soon as the Bill is signed by the president and the health care plan is scheduled to begin in 2013!

 The second reason Obama and his minions said was why they needed to pass a Health Care Bill was to save patients and the country from rising health care costs. But the nearly 2000 page bill presented yesterday
added $20 billion in taxes on sales of medical devices like artificial hips and heart stents to the legislation..

In fact the Bill would impose an array of new taxes, fees and government mandates on major players in the health industry, including insurers, doctors and drugs and would cost the tax payers at least $1.05 trillion dollars according to the CBO preliminary estimate.

And Obama said repeatedly that thousands of people die each year because they do not have health insurance. But when Gov. Sara Palin said that the proposed bill would have “death panels” included in it. Every Democrat and the president lied and said there was no such provision in any proposal. The Senate promptly removed the provision from its proposed Bill , but the Medicare end-of-life planning provision that Sarah Palin said was tantamount to “death panels” for seniors is staying in the latest Democratic health care bill unveiled Thursday.by Pelosi!

The provision allows Medicare to pay for voluntary counseling to help beneficiaries deal with the complex and painful decisions families face when a loved one is approaching death.
President Barack Obama has promised Americans that if they like their current insurance, they can keep it. But Republicans say that’s a promise the president cannot make. I believe he never believed what he said!

“When you set the government up as a competitor, as a funder, as a regulator, all that can happen is, it’s going to drive the private sector out,” Sen. Chuck Grassley told Fox News on Tuesday.

A bill that drives up insurance premiums and taxes and also cuts Medicare is not health care reform. And the Bill the House plans to vote on next week cuts medicare disbursements by 450 billion dollars over a ten-year period! This can only lead to reduction of doctor payments and the resulting decrease in the number of medical providers due to retirement of older doctors, rather than work under a plan that cuts the already low reimbursements to doctors by Medicaid and Medicare..Grandma’s access is being slashed to add illegal immigrants and twenty-somethings into the insurance system.

Here’s the latest shock: Average current health insurance premiums with likely triple under Obamacare.

The new data comes from a well regarded, state-by-state study conducted for WellPoint, Inc. The most dramatic premium boosts will hit young people. These are the actual individuals that often opt out of insurance plans now.

The reason for the dramatic insurance premium increases is the result of Obamacare regulations. First cause is the mandate that insurance companies take any customer. Insurance traditionally is an actuarial business that rates different customers based on risk factors. This is the reason a driver aged 19 with two speeding tickets pays more for auto insurance than a customer aged 35 with no speeding tickets. Nineteen-year-olds have more accidents. Therefore they pose more risk.

Traditionally, health insurance companies charged customers with risk factors and chronic illness more than young, healthy 19-year-olds. Obamacare stands the concept of insurance on its head. Since an insurance company will be forced to sell to any sick patient, the incentive to buy insurance when you are healthy decreases. Why not wait until you are sick; get cancer, diabetes or some other severe illness before you buy? To circumvent this problem, Obama is riddling the program with police-state mandates on healthy, younger citizens. Perverted, negative incentives such as threats of large fines and even prison time will hang over young people’s heads to force them to join and stay enrolled in Obama’s healthcare scheme. Will the American voters allow the government that has bankrupted Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Social Security, Medicare and the U.S. Postal Service. Let the Republican plan to repeals  laws that prohibit selling health insurance across state lines, introduce tort reform and include the legal Americans who do not have health insurance because they cannot afford it. Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell also warned that the Democrats’ “trillion-dollar” legislation will raise insurance premiums, raise taxes and slash Medicare to create new government spending programs.He did not include the words, but the increase will be directed toward abortion on demand!

Karen Ignagni, President and CEO of America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP), said the proposed government-run insurance plan “would underpay doctors and hospitals rather than driving real reforms that bring down costs and improve quality. bama repeatedly has used transparency in government as a campaign slogan and a continuing phrase he used to deprecate the industries like the private Insurance companies. He claimed what they lacked was transparency of their profit that he said were excessive. The fact is the bottom line of health insurance companies shows that they make only 2% profit!

In the game of Liars Poker. At the start of a hand, each player is given a unique eight digit serial number. The first person makes a bid, which is a guess as to how many of a certain digit is contained in the combination of all the serial numbers.
The bid will eventually get high enough where all other players will call the bidder a liar. When this happens, all serial numbers will be revealed, and the digits will be counted. If the bidders bid was untrue a point is rewarded.

Last night President made eight statements/promises that he said he would accomplish as a result of the Stimulus package and the other spending he plans to implement.
In a way he was playing a sort of game of sophisticated, semantic Liars poker with the American public.

The analogy may be tenuous for many, but try to follow me briefly.
Obama promised eight things that are either out right lies, or they are misstatements due to ignorance.
We cannot claim a Harvard educated lawyer who was editor of the Harvard Law Review is not intelligent, so we move to the point of bald face lies.
Lies that like the game of Liars Poker will not be determined for months, even years.

His first statement:""We have launched a housing plan that will help responsible families facing the threat of foreclosure lower their monthly payments and refinance their mortgages. It's a plan that won't help speculators or that neighbor down the street who bought a house he could never hope to afford, but it will help millions of Americans who are struggling with declining home values".
The truth is:If the administration has come up with a way to ensure money only goes to those who got in honest trouble, it hasn't said so.

The second prevarication is probably an instance where his speech writers ignored history, and he cannot be blamed, but here it is:
" "And I believe the nation that invented the automobile cannot walk away from it".
The true fact:A German Karl Benz invented a four cylinder motor car long before Henry Ford made his in 1908.

The third:"We have known for decades that our survival depends on finding new sources of energy. Yet we import more oil today than ever before".
The Truth is we have reduced our crude oil imports from a high in 2005 of 5 billion barrels to a present 4.7 billion barrels!

The fourth lie: " "We have already identified $2 trillion in savings over the next decade".
The truth is that even if re-elected he will not be in office in 10 years so he can say any number he wants, and it is common for Presidents to to pass on the most painful steps to his successor, by putting off big tax increases or spending cuts until someone else is in the White House, but I doubt this President will put off the tax increases for very long!

The fifth lie:""Regulations were gutted for the sake of a quick profit at the expense of a healthy market. People bought homes they knew they couldn't afford from banks and lenders who pushed those bad loans anyway. And all the while, critical debates and difficult decisions were put off for some other time on some other day."

THE FACTS: This may be so, but it isn't only Republicans who pushed for deregulation of the financial industries. The Clinton administration championed an easing of banking regulations, including legislation that ended the barrier between regular banks and Wall Street banks. That led to a deregulation that kept regular banks under tight federal regulation but extended lax regulation of Wall Street banks. Clinton Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin, later an economic adviser to candidate Obama, was in the forefront in pushing for this deregulation.Source:MYWAY.com

The six lie: "In this budget, we will end education programs that don't work and end direct payments to large agribusinesses that don't need them. We'll eliminate the no-bid contracts that have wasted billions in Iraq, and reform our defense budget so that we're not paying for Cold War-era weapons systems we don't use. We will root out the waste, fraud and abuse in our Medicare program that doesn't make our seniors any healthier, and we will restore a sense of fairness and balance to our tax code by finally ending the tax breaks for corporations that ship our jobs overseas".
The truth is, his budget does not accomplish any of that. It only proposes those steps. That's all a president can do, because control over spending rests with Congress. Obama's proposals here are a wish list and some items, including corporate tax increases and cuts in agricultural aid, will be a tough sale in Congress.

Second, waste, fraud and abuse are routinely targeted by presidents who later find that the spending that a president might consider wasteful have staunch defenders in Congress who have fought off similar efforts in the past.

Lie seven is a whopper about energy savings. "Thanks to our recovery plan, we will double this nation's supply of renewable energy in the next three years."
The truth is While the president's stimulus package includes billions in aid for renewable energy and conservation, his goal is unlikely to be achieved through the recovery plan alone.

In 2007, the U.S. produced 8.4 percent of its electricity from renewable sources, including hydroelectric dams, solar panels and windmills. Under the status quo, the Energy Department says, it will take more than two decades to boost that figure to 12.5 percent

And the eighth whopper is his promise that the Stimulus Plan will create jobs. ""Over the next two years, this plan will save or create 3.5 million jobs".
The truth of the facts is that job creation projections are uncertain even in stable times, and some of the economists relied on by Obama in making his forecast acknowledge a great deal of uncertainty in their numbers.

The president's own economists, in a report prepared last month, stated, "It should be understood that all of the estimates presented in this memo are subject to significant margins of error."

Beyond that, it's unlikely the nation will ever know how many jobs are saved as a result of the stimulus. While it's clear when jobs are abolished, there's no economic gauge that tracks job preservation. The estimates are based on economic assumptions of how many jobs would be lost without the stimulus.

Obama has lied about his meetings, dealings and friendship with Antoine Rezko; has lied about his knowledge of Jeremiah Wright's views; has lied about his relationship and work with a Marxist pedagogue and bomber (as was his wife); has lied about his work with, and support for, ACORN (an organization being investigated in multiple cases of massive voter fraud, and 17 of whose employees have been convicted or indicted of voter fraud); has lied about his statements regarding meeting with Iran's rulers (and what type of message would it send to the overwhelming majority of Iranians who yearn for freedom, if we elect a man eager to meet with the rulers who are an embarrassment to Iranians); has lied about his positions on "the surge" in Iraq; has lied about his reasons for voting against funding for the troops (having previously pledged he wouldn't vote against such funding); has lied about his votes on legislation to provide medical care to a baby born after a "botched" abortion; and has even lied about his maternal grandmother's work - she was, in fact, a factory manager, and, for most of her life, a banker.

Obama says that the Kennedys -- Jack and Bobby -- decided to do an airlift. They would bring some young Africans over so that they could be educated and learn all about America. His grandfather heard that call and sent his son, Barack Obama, Sr., to America.

The problem with that scenario is that, having been born in August 1961, the future senator was not conceived until sometime in November 1960. So, if his African grandfather heard words that "sent a shout across oceans," inspiring him to send his goat-herder son to America, it was not Democrat Jack Kennedy he heard, or his brother Bobby, it was Republican President Dwight D. Eisenhower.

Actually, Senior was awarded an American sponsored scholarship in economics to the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He was selected by a former Kenyan cabinet minister, the late Tom Mboya, who was earmarked as the successor to Jomo Kenyatta, Kenya's first prime minister.

The presumption was that Senior would return to Africa and use his "Western-honed skills in a new Kenya.

As another example, consider Obama's stirring tale for the Selma audience about how he had been conceived by his parents, Barack Obama Sr. and Ann Dunham, because they had been inspired by the fervor following the "Bloody Sunday" voting rights demonstration that was commemorated March 4. "There was something stirring across the country because of what happened in Selma, Alabama," he said, "because some folks are willing to march across a bridge. So they got together and Barack Obama Jr. was born. So don't tell me I don't have a claim on Selma, Alabama. Don't tell me I'm not coming home to Selma, Alabama"

Obama was born in 1961, and the Selma march occurred four years later, in 1965. The New York Times reported that when the senator was asked about the discrepancy later that day, he clarified: "I meant the whole civil rights movement."

Obama, tells the crowd at fundraiser , "I was a constitutional law professor, which means unlike the current president I actually respect the Constitution."

For the record, Obama is a "Senior Lecturer (on leave of absence)" at the University of Chicago Law School. He has taught Constitutional Law III: Equal Protection and Substantive Due Process, Current Issues in Racism & the Law, and Voting Rights & the Democratic Process.

Barack Obama announced last Thursday that he has begun a web site to fight 'rumors,'" Andy Martin states. "To be sure, some of what is said about Obama is exaggerated or untrue. I refuse to publish a great deal of anti-Obama material that crosses my desk. But much of what Obama characterizes as 'rumor' is true. Obama has been lying about his family and his religious past his entire life. This time he will not get away with his lies."

I call on Obama to release his Baptismal Certificate or record. Many Americans do not believe that sitting in the pews, listening to Reverend Jeremiah Wright's racist jeremiads for two decades qualifies anyone to be a 'committed Christian.'"

The day after his speech at the Democratic convention catapulted him into the national spotlight, Barack Obama told a group of reporters in Boston that the United States had an "absolute obligation" to remain in Iraq long enough to make it a success.

"The failure of the Iraqi state would be a disaster," he said at a lunch sponsored by the Christian Science Monitor, according to an audiotape of the session. "It would dishonor the 900-plus men and women who have already died. . . . It would be a betrayal of the promise that we made to the Iraqi people, and it would be hugely destabilizing from a national security perspective."
Then in late winter, 2008, on the campaign trail, Obama said he wants to bring the troops home yesterday -- you decide -- was he lying then or is he lying now?

On July 14, 2008, you said that you always knew that the surge would work while the video tapes of you from more than a year ago show that you stated that the surge would not work. While your judgment about military strategy as a potential commander-in-chief is of concern, the greater concern is that you lied to America.

Obama says that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the largest investigative arm of the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS), are terrorists.
Speaking in front of the racist National Council of La Raza, Obama said, "When communities are terrorized by ICE immigration raids, when nursing mothers are torn from their babies, when children come home from school to find their parents missing, when people are detained without access to legal counsel, when all that is happening, the system just isn’t working, and we need to change it." BY the way, this comment beautifully illustrates the Alinsky facilitation method. Obama agitates the crowd with emotional language and charges, and then provides the solution to these perceived wrongs -- himself. It's what he does all the time and it is the secret to his success.

In regard to Obama's position on late term abortion. Sen. Obama is currently misleading people about what he voted against,( when he was in the Illinois Senate) specifically claiming that the bill he voted against in his committee lacked "neutrality" language on Roe v. Wade. The bill did contain this language. He even participated in the unanimous vote to put it in.

Obama’s work against the bill to protect premature babies represents one of two times in his political career, along with his speech against the Iraq war, that he really stuck out his neck for something that might hurt him politically. Unlike his Iraq speech, Obama is deeply embarrassed about this one -- so embarrassed that he is offering a demonstrable falsehood in explanation for his actions. Fortunately, the documents showing the truth are now available.

The list is just a sample of the lies and misrepresentations that Obama and his campaign have perpetrated against the American voting public. But I am afraid the average American voter doesn't get upset about lying candidates for public office.What the majority of voters want is more hand outs from the Government!

Obama now claims that his reason for voting against funding for the troops was because the bill did not include a time line for withdrawal, while the video tapes of you from more than a year ago show that you voted against additional funding because you wanted our troops to be removed immediately ... not in 16 months after the 2008 election as you now claim. While your judgment about removing our troops unilaterally in 2007 is of concern, the greater concern is that you lied to America about your previous position

I have just one question to pose to Americans. Do we want a Commander in Chief of our military who found time to visit Kenya twice in the past decade, but has never visited our troops in Iraq or Afghanistan?

Roosevelt denied he had any knowledge of the pending Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, and then there was "I did not have sex with that woman, Miss Lewinsky".
And then the infamous, "it all depends upon what the meaning of is is" to the grand jury by President Clinton!

Today we are approaching a new moment in history. A blatant liar apparently is going to be elected President, if you can believe the present polls.
Not only does Obama change his positions depending upon the group whom he is speaking. But the BHO man is getting away with blatant lies that the main stream media would expose in a moment if Senator McCain had uttered them.

Omama has promised that 95% of the people will get a tax cut if he is elected by taxing the "rich" more. This despite the fact that we already have a steeply progressive income tax, with the top 5 percent of earners paying 60 percent of the taxes (in 2006), and the top 25 percent paying 86 percent. And if that isn't enough to convince you. Tell me how he can take the $500 out of the general revenue fund that he plans to give to the millions of people who do not pay taxes, unless he robs the Social Security "trust fund"? By doing this he will precipitate disaster for Seniors who count on the SS check each month!

Obama wants to perform an experiment by confiscating more of the income of the most productive earners (who create the overwhelming majority of jobs) and distributing it to those who earn less. He calls it "spreading the wealth around"!

It's been done before,with dreadful results. Call it socialism if you like. But don't call it “fairness".

He says he is a Christian who attended Reverend Wrights church, but denies he ever heard any radical anti-American, racist sermons when attending Wright's services. He qualifies his position by saying he wasn't a regular attendee at Sunday services, which if true does not represent a person who is a strong Christian person.

Then there is his association with Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dorn. The Weatherman bombers who not too long ago said they were sorry they didn't bomb more!
Obama alleges he was 8 years old when they did their anti-American act. This is true, but he denied on National television that he launched his Senatorial campaign at a fund raiser in the Ayers/Dorn home, when in fact he did!

And to top it off he served on the Annenberg Board of Directors with Bill Ayers during the Clinton Administration.
Then board member, presidential candidate Barack Obama and William Ayers, a former 1960s and 1970s radical turned college professor and education activist, was part of a $500 million initiative by Philadelphia publisher and philanthropist Walter Annenberg to aid schools around the country.The half-billion-dollar "gift," as it was described by President Bill Clinton at a 1993 White House ceremony, would go on to provide 2-to-1 matching-fund grants to 18 school districts around the nation. Tell me that a person serving on a board of directors of an organisation, disbursing $49.2 million, does not have a personal relationship with his board membership!

In 1992, Obama was director of Project Vote in Chicago, which helped register 150,000voters on the city's South Side. Obama's successful work was credited in multiple media reports with helping to elect Democratic Senator Carol Moseley Braun.

Obama's campaign claims ACORN was "not part of" Project Vote, but the organization's incorporation papers, obtained by WND, show Project Vote is a trademark name whose parent company is registered at the same New Orleans address in which ACORN and multiple ACORN affiliates are housed.

Obama himself previously connected Project Vote to ACORN.

"I've been fighting alongside ACORN on issues you care about my entire career. Even before I was an elected official, when I ran Project Vote voter registration drives in Illinois, ACORN was smack dab in the middle of it, and we appreciate your work," Obama was quoted on his own campaign website as saying at an ACORN meeting, according to a post by official Obama website blogger Sam Graham-Felsen.source: World Net Daily

These are just a few of the LIES that Obama has told the electorate. When he is in the Oval Office, GOD forbid, he will continue to lie by blaming everything he does wrong on the previous administrations mess he inherited, You can take that to the bank!

When Senator Goldwater ran for President against President for one year, Lyndon Johnson. The Democrat machine succeeded in portraying Goldwater as an extremist. Goldwater had a habit of making blunt statements about war, nuclear weapons, and economics that could be turned against him.

The most infamous attack on Goldwater was, the Johnson campaign broadcast a television commercial on September 7 dubbed the “Daisy Girl” ad, which featured a little girl picking petals from a daisy in a field, counting the petals, which then segues into a launch countdown and a nuclear explosion.
Another Johnson ad, “Confessions of a Republican”, tied Goldwater to the Ku Klux Klan. Voters increasingly viewed Goldwater as a right wing fringe candidate—his slogan “In your heart, you know he's right” was successfully parodied by the Johnson campaign into “In your guts, you know he's nuts,” or “In your heart, you know he might" (as in push the nuclear button), or even "In your heart, he's too far right."

The dirty tricks worked, and Johnson won in a "landslide". However, his domestic policies helped split union members and Southerners away from Franklin Roosevelt's Democratic New Deal Coalition, which would lead to the phenomenon of the "Reagan Democrat". Of the ten presidential elections that followed, Democrats would win only three times. Fast forward to today, and we find the "smarter than you are" leftist, secular Media is trying to accomplish the same results with Governor Palin. The interview by ABC's Leftist Charlie Gibson of Palin and his subsequent comments illustrate the animus the Left has for religion and those who have the "nerve" to profess it publicly, especially on television.

For the past years the atheist, agnostics, secularists have attacked President Bush, not because he has kept the USA free from a recurrence of 9/11/01, but because he is a professed Christian!
The animus by the so called intelligentsia, and the Left in general, for any display of Judeo-Christian values is on display each and every day for anyone to see if they open his/her eyes to see!

Although I am not accusing anyone of being a Communist. This type of attack by the Democratic party and the MSM plays directly into the hands of those who would love to see our Christian principles destroyed. They are willing accomplice's of the extreme Left!

In 1987 Colorado Senator Gary Hart was running for the nomination of the Democratic Presidential candidate. His quest was derailed by a lie!

The Miami Herald revealed pictures of him and a "lady friend", not his wife, on the boat Monkey Business.

Faced with that potential disclosure as well as an overwhelming media maelstrom, Hart went home to Colorado, withdrawing from the presidential race in a bitter farewell speech on May 8.

Today we have two Democrats in a cat and dog fight for the nomination who have been either caught in numerous lies or are guilty of associations that are much worse for the nation than having a woman "on the side".

Hillary has many "whoppers", but two of the most recent are the one about her mother naming her after the climber Sir Edmund Hillary, only he made his climb and became famous five years after she was born. She claimed she was under fire in Bosnia when her plane landed. This probed to be a lie, and the best one is her claim that on 9/11/01 her daughter Chelsea was jogging near the Twin Towers when the planes hit! Only her daughter said she was in bed when it happened. It goes on, but you get the picture.

For his part Obama has uttered his share of lies and distortions.In a speech to a Selma, Alabama crowd meant to pump up his civil-rights movement authenticity and his Kennedy Camelot image, Barack Obama claimed that the Kennedy administration paid for his Kenyan father to travel to America on a student scholarship and therefore was responsible for his “very existence”. However, the first march on Selma took place on March 7, 1965. Obama would have been about three and half years old at that time. For some reason the media never did the math on this.

Obama’s Selma speech offers a very confused chronology of both the Kenya student program and the civil rights movement. Relating the story of how his parents met, Obama said: “There was something stirring across the country because of what happened in Selma, Alabama, because some folks are willing to march across a bridge. So they got together and Barack Obama Junior was born. So don’t tell me I don’t have a claim on Selma, Alabama.”
After bloggers pointed out that the Selma bridge protest occurred four years after Obama’s birth, a spokesman explained that the senator was referring to the civil rights movement in general, rather than any one event. source: NewsBusters
Then there is his defense of Reverend Wright. Not so much lies as a sort of slippery sleight-of-mouth. "Reverend Wright and other African-Americans of his generation … came of age in the late fifties and early sixties, a time when segregation was still the law of the land."
Segregation was not "the law of the land" in the 1950s. It was the law in a minority of states. He continues: "For the men and women of Reverend Wright’s generation, the memories of humiliation and doubt and fear have not gone away; nor has the anger and the bitterness of those years. That anger … occasionally … finds voice in the church on Sunday morning, in the pulpit and in the pews."
If, as Obama seems to be claiming, those are the sentiments only of Wright's generation, how come those whooping and clapping their approval in those sermon clips include lots of young people?
Then there is his statement about emergency rooms in hospitals. "This time we want to talk about how the lines in the Emergency Room are filled with whites and blacks and Hispanics who do not have health care …"
The lines in the Emergency Room at far too many U.S. hospitals are filled with illegal immigrants, preventing citizens from getting timely emergency help. What's your line on illegal immigration, Senator? Oh, right — you're fine with it, as is the rest of your party.

But the thing that makes Obama unqualified to be President is his association with terrorists like Bill Ayers, Bernadine Dorn and his cousin in Kenya, Raila Odinga.

Guilt by association is not the way to disqualify a man or woman, but at least he should say I made a mistake and I renounce him/her for what they stand for. We hear nothing but excuses!
